Nothing is more frustrating than trying to play an instrument that's not working properly! Thousands of instruments have been cared for by our certified technicians, and they can care for yours, too!
Bring your instrument in! You can do that by coming to our store in Springfield, dropping it off at any of our associate stores, or asking your band director to give it to our representative who is at your school each week.

We offer free estimates, and we won't do any work without your approval, so the sooner you get back with us, the sooner we can get started fixing your instrument!
After 7-10 business days, you'll receive a call letting you know your instrument is ready! Come pick it up or have it delivered back to the associate store or school it was dropped off at!
